Joe Chan (born Xiu Xiang Chan June 13, 1960) was a Chinese boxer that fought Rocky Balboa. Joe as one of Clubber Lang's unfortunate opponents in the montage sequence in Rocky III. He was very quickly disposed of with a powerful left hook. Joe also appears in the 1988 Rocky arcade video game.^[1]
