Dipper Brown was a boxer that fought Rocky Balboa in Rocky, and who also appeared in the 1988 video arcade game Rocky. Portrayed as an experienced journeyman who would give any boxer a run for their money, the brawny Dipper, who like Rocky, is from Philadelphia, was the guy who took Rocky's locker in Mickey's Gym. A common sparring opponent in the gym, Dipper and Rocky supposedly had a strong dislike for each other.
