Delia Sheppard (born July 29, 1960, in Copenhagen, Denmark) is a Danish-born American actress, adult model, singer and dancer. [1]
Biography[]
Sheppard began studying ballet dancing at age 9 and went on to perform in Denmark, France, and South Africa.[2] She would most notably dance for the Royal Danish Ballet, Paris Opera, and Lido de Paris.[3]
In 1985, Delia released a 2-track record single in France entitled "Action."[4][5]
Also, while in France, she worked as a fashion model, modeling the fashions of Karl Lagerfeld,[1] Christian Dior, and Jean Paul Gauthier.[2]
Delia was Penthouse Pet of the Month Miss April 1988. She also appeared in the role of Karen, the buxom redhead assistant/eye candy moll of shady fight promoter George Washington Duke in the 1990 Rocky V film opposite Sylvester Stallone and Talia Shire. Delia has also played leading roles in American B-movies like Sexbomb (1989), Witchcraft II: The Temptress (1990), Mirror Images (1992), Roots of Evil (1992), and Vampire in Vegas (2009). Before her film career started, Delia worked as a dancer at the Lido in Paris, France.
Trivia[]
- Delia is the second Danish actress to appear as an antagonist in a Rocky film. The first is Brigitte Nielsen, who played Ludmilla Drago in Rocky IV. Nielsen was also Sylvester Stallone's wife at the time of filming.
