Burt Judge was a heavyweight/cruiserweight boxer that fought Rocky Balboa. He was from San Diego, California. He appears in both the 1988 Rocky arcade video game and 2002's Rocky Legends video game for the Sony PlayStation 2 console video game system.[1] In both games, Chuck is described as burly and the best at the use of his size and power and his devastating uppercut. He was one of the victims of Tommy Gunn's devastating left hook in Rocky V. This fight was significant for Tommy as it was the first time that the twisted promoter George Washington Duke recognized his skills in the ring.
